That's my favorite. I took it metaphorically and not literally. I am a writer, but definitely not a poet, though I appreciate poetry with the same wonder I have for people who can paint well. This one will stick with me throughout the day, I don't doubt.

I like it anyway, obviously.
I thought the same thing, Bill, especially since there's a picture involved. But I wanted it to certinly be a hawk.

ReplyDeleteI would have missed seeing the hawk if you wouldn't have mentioned it. I love the reflection of the trees on the lake - like a set of forest twins :)
